Within SPRINT, MANN+HUMMEL is contribution to separating the useful from the harmful by venting units for batteries. MANN+HUMMEL GmbH, Germany is leading the related tasks. A technology proven for automotive will be finetuned to enhance the safety of SPRINT stationary storage solution. To effectively size the venting unit, multi-physics simulation tools will be used. MANN+HUMMEL IBERICA SAU, Spain is a strong manufacturing and R&D location with focus on filtration products and venting units. Within SPRINT the focus is on the development of the prototype and the testing.
