Description and Role

Avesta holding is an engineering company based out of Belgium. Avesta is active in the field of cell prototyping, Battery module and pack assembly, BMS manufacturing and recycling. Avesta through its own IP is setting up projects in South of Belgium, North Macedonia and Bulgaria in fields where it is active. Avesta also provides licence for Battery pack manufacturing to various players in Europe, Africa and Middle East. As an entity AVESTA is active in more than 35 EU projects with several of them in coordination roles.

Within SPRINT project, AVESTA is the partner which will focus on the cell design, cell and module manufacturing with the materials developed in the SPRINT project. AVESTA will also contribute to the business plan and cost model in the project.
